Children and adolescents with low school attendance and with their vaccination schedules out of date, as well as pregnant women who have failed to undertake antenatal check-ups, signal to the authorities that these beneficiaries are having difficulties in accessing the health and education services. They fail to comply with Bolsa Familia’s commitments in the areas of health and education. This text describes how non-compliance with the conditionalities is currently dealt with by the Program and outlines the consequences for the cash transfers to these families: warning, blocking, suspension and cancellation.
