Conditionality management actions require a close relation among policies from different fields – social assistance, education and health – and among government institutions. This text clarifies how the responsibilities and powers assigned to the entities working with conditionalities management are essential to monitoring health and school attendance of the Bolsa Família Program beneficiaries.
