José Graziano, Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO/UN), presents the 2nd phase of the PAA Africa in the context of South-South Cooperation and the strengthening of initiatives for fighting hunger. The PAA Africa involves exchanging experiences between Brazil and the countries interested in formulating their own policies for purchasing food from local farmers.
