Managing huge and complex public policies such as the BFP calls for the use of tools to communicate with the beneficiaries. Such tools are both a necessity and a challenge. This article examines the communication channels between the government’s core agencies and the program´s beneficiaries. These channels include introductory welcome messages, instructions on how to use the Social Card, and advice or warnings contained in beneficiaries´ bank statements.
